theme of the resort’s open-air terrace restaurant
is dedicated to Bali’s staple food rice and Dewi Sri,
the goddess symbolizing fertility, prosperity as well as
the cycle of prime human life.
Rice is the paramount importance
to the Balinese. The planting and harvesting of this grain
of life is just one fragment of the unique Bali culture
that is guarded by the goddess Dewi Sri.
It is a culture this signifies a
customary way of life where rice with all its stage of process,
is a powerful driving force behind all community activities.

Lesung Restaurant
d'Boutiqque Payogan Ubud Bali Resort & Spa offers recreational and cultural
activities including swimming.
During
the summer months ,the swimming pool at The Payogan, will
be offering our guests the facilities of a state-of-the-art
gymnasium, pool, contemporary steam and sauna room, and
the best view of Ubud valley in the backdrop.

library is situated adjacent to the main swimming pool just
at the lower part of the Spa facilities, offering internet
service and a wide selection of books, magazines and VCDs.

can be used for board of director and other executive meeting
as well as a venue for small private dinner or function.

This
outlet located under the resort’s waterfall and set
in a Sawah style landscaping with open-air bales is programmed
to be featuring health drinks and foods, mainly organic,
being served for those taking treatment at the health spa.
Its
interior will feature traditional utensils used in the planting
and harvesting of the rice.

Yoga Centre, which simply means that in every Ion there
is a world in another world, will be built during the phase
III and expected to be open in January 2005.
Vashita
Yoga Centre is located on the other side of the valley that
will be the sole standing building on that side.
